The group was created in response to the 2025 weaponization of DEI—a time marked by major cutbacks, layoffs, and job eliminations across Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, CSR, and Social Impact functions. Too many talented professionals were being left isolated and discouraged. This group is here to provide connection, encouragement, and practical support for navigating transition together.
Yes! Many of our members are currently employed DEI leaders, Talent Acquisition leaders, Talent Development leaders, HR professionals, and Business Executives. They participate to give back, mentor, and share opportunities with peers in transition. Your presence is not only welcome—it’s valuable to the entire community.
The group is proud to have around 500 members across industries including tech, healthcare, education, nonprofit, and corporate sectors.
